Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
